Changelog

v1.2.0 —

The site feels better on phones now. One navigation menu instead of two, taller buttons that are easier to tap, forms that don't zoom in when you tap them, and a fix for the Android scrolling-screenshot freeze.

New

  • One mobile navigation menu instead of two. The bottom tab bar is gone. The hamburger menu in the top-right now holds every destination — Dashboard, Collection, Search, Social, Utilities, Settings, Contact Us, and Admin for admins. One menu, more screen space for your content.

Improved

  • Buttons and tap areas are bigger on phones. Small icon buttons, tab strips, filter toggles, and link targets across Dashboard, Collection, Search, Deck Builder Search, Login, and Register are now comfortably large enough to hit reliably with a thumb.
  • Forms no longer trigger iOS Safari's zoom-in on tap. Text fields, search boxes, and filter inputs now render at the size Safari expects, so tapping a field on your iPhone no longer zooms the page in and leaves you fighting the browser.
  • Tab strips and control rows reflow instead of overflowing. On narrow screens, the Trade Requests tabs on the Dashboard, the top tabs on Collection, and the Browse control row no longer push content past the right edge of the screen.
  • Dialogs fit the screen. The trade request dialog on Dashboard and Deck Builder Search now fits inside your phone's viewport with the Cancel and Send buttons always reachable, even when the card list is long.
  • Higher-contrast primary buttons in dark mode. The filled primary buttons (like Sign In and Send Requests) now have enough contrast between the text and the button to be comfortably readable in dark mode.

Fixed

  • Android scrolling-screenshot no longer freezes the phone. Taking a long scrolling screenshot of any page in Android's screenshot tool used to lock up the phone's UI for several seconds and force a recovery. The decorative background on every page is now bounded to the visible screen, so the capture completes without the freeze.
  • Mobile navigation trigger has an accessible label. The hamburger menu button now announces itself as "Open navigation menu" to screen readers and other assistive tech, instead of being an unnamed button.

v1.1.0 —

ManaPool pricing now shows up alongside existing prices in trades, a new What's New page tracks site updates, and several pages should feel quicker.

New

  • ManaPool prices in the trade dialog. If you turn on ManaPool pricing in your settings, ManaPool prices appear next to existing prices when you open a trade from the Dashboard or from Search, along with a ManaPool total for the trade.
  • Choose which ManaPool listings count. A new setting lets you pick the condition tier you care about — any condition, near-mint only, or lightly-played and better — so the prices you see match the listings you would actually buy.
  • What's New page. A new page lists recent site updates in plain English, so you can see what's changed since your last visit. Look for the "What's New" link in the footer on any page.

Improved

  • Performance improvements across the site. Pages load faster and the site feels more responsive, especially when you come back to a page you've visited recently.

Fixed

  • Loading states end sooner. Pages no longer sit on "loading…" longer than they need to before showing your content.
  • Card details no longer crash on some printings. Opening certain cards — like the Japanese Abrade — could hit an error and show "Something went wrong." Those cards now open normally.
  • Deck Builder set search now respects the set. Filtering by set in the Deck Builder no longer pulls in off-set printings. If you search for cards in one set, you'll only see cards you actually own from that set.
  • Clearer ManaPool "no listing" state. When a card has no ManaPool listings right now, hovering the dash next to the ManaPool pill explains why, so an empty slot doesn't look like a glitch.
